A FAMILY is planning legal action against one of Sydney’s best- known pubs after being served food that allegedly contained human excrement.

Stephen and Jessica Whyte and their three sons were served complimentary gelato dessert by Coogee Bay Hotel staff three weeks ago after complaining about food prices, facilities and staff attitude.

After eating the dessert Mrs Whyte became violently ill. A heated argument erupted with staff over the contents of the bowl. Distraught, the family took a sample of the gelato and had it tested at the National Measurement Institute. A report from the institute found: “The sample has an offensive odour and physical properties similar to human excreta.”

“Later, this huge bowl of ice-cream arrived at our table as a ’sorry for all the hassle’,” Mrs Whyte said. “There were four scoops including vanilla, chocolate and hazelnut. At the bottom, there appeared to be chocolate. Greedily, I went for it ahead of the kids. Thank heavens I did. The stench, the taste … I spat the food into a napkin and immediately I was sick.

“There was no doubting what it was. The whole family became hysterical. My poor son screamed at one of their staff: ‘You made my mum eat poo.”‘ The family complained to Waverley police.

I watched the first episode of this new HBO show from the creators of Six feet under.

Anyway, back to true blood; its a kinda sci-fi story of a small hick town in amercia - where the japanese have came out with a “synthetic blood” substance which in turn, reveals the fact that vampires actually exist. You should check it out asap (hopefully the networks pick it up and fast track it soon)

Operation: Last Chance

We’ve all made a joke or two about the holocaust, and the entire Nazi party (except me, my great uncle died in Auschwitz, he fell off a guard tower) but all jokes aside, the pain still exists, and the people that did these shocking things are still around.

This is why “Operation: Last Chance” was launched, the hunt to bring as many Nazi war criminals to justice as possible.

Some people may argue that the officers under Hitler’s power were “Just doing their job”. However, under that rule - no one except Adolf himself would be liable, and no ones settling with that.

So how exactly do they find these criminals? Backwards (and with cash for info incentives). They basically find out who was in the area,at the time. and find evidence.

When they get busted, the crims show no sign of remorse, at all - i guess they’re still under “the spell of hilter!”

Dr Efraim Zuroff (Chief Nazi Hunter) tells this story -

One of our problems is proving that a person bears responsibility for murder, and as a commander of Jasenovac concentration camp there was no question Sakic bore responsibility. But in one specific case, which came to the light during the trial, he actually committed murder himself. In April of 1944, two young Jewish inmates there tried to escape. Unfortunately, they were caught and brought back to the camp by the Ustasa - the Croatian Fascists. All of the inmates were ordered to line up in the central square and Dink Sakic, the commander, walked up and down the rows taking people out at random. One of teh people Sakic took out o fhte line was a doctor, who said: “I’m from Montenegro and my code of honour does not allow me to be hung.” Sakic pulled out his revolver and shot him dead.

Shocking Stuff.
